Knowledge structure

I propose to get rid of the "General" knowledge subfields as much as possible, especially if that is the only subfield we are using. My suggestions are below:

  • generally rename to "Basics"/"Grundlagen"
  • Wireless Transmission - General (Q871) "wireless transmission - general": split into
    • "Basics"
    • "Practice"
  • General/Fundamentals (Q992) rename to "Concepts and Terminology"/"Grundbegriffe"
  • Electricity (Q856) "Electricity - general": split into
    • "Fundamentals"/"Grundlagen" with Magnetism, Insulators, Connecting voltage sources and resistors (maybe rename to "fundamental circuits"), DC, Ohm, Pouillet
    • "Electrical power"/"Elektrische Leistung"
    • "Alternating current"/"Wechselspannungssysteme"
    • "Safety"/"Sicherheit" with Electrical risks, Protection against electrical risks
