Definition

The owner is the organisation, project or individual that has developped a profile, competence, knowledge unit or attitude description.

Concept

The ownership is used to ensure that the integrity of the information is ensured, this is important because the linked structure of the information. Information should only be changed by the owner or in agreement with the owner. There is a possibility to add similar items with the same coding, but another owner.

The owner is described in a way that he is identifiable and can be contacted. Extra information can be added to give context about the organisation or project.

Label or Title*

The label or title represents the owner. It should be clear to the readers
