Definition

A profile is a description of a generic occupation or a coherent part of it. The profile is defined by a set of written in competences that reflect what an averidge profesional needs to master.

Profiles should not be confused with jobs or job titles. While a job is bound to a specific work context and executed by one person, profiles group jobs by common characteristics.

Concept

We put profiles into a specific sectorial context based on ESCO occupations where possible. The profiles refer to individual competence descriptions.

Profiles can be enriched by extra information like teaching, training or assessment methods, references, etc.c
