- index number (last two-digit group)
- display: please remove the Segoe and Helvetica variants from the @media screen {...} CSS (and other occurrences I might have missed). Those fonts are not freely redistributable, which is problematic in the context of the licensing restrictions the EU imposes on us, and font rendering gets screwed up in some browsers (notably Firefox on Linux). I would send you a CSS patch, but the stylesheets are minified...
