• upload: please add .wav, .txt (for source code), and .mov to the list of allowed file suffixes
• licensing: change default site licensing to remove NC and only use CC-BY-SA 4.0, and remove "NC" from all existing license properties belonging to owner "ESSENCE" (as per ESSENCE steeering group decision)
• licensing: we need a license in the default contributor license agreement popup:

  • TeBeVAT "place in process" and
  • index number (last two-digit group)
